✅ Develop & characterize novel antibodies
✅ Optimize immunoassays from prototype to qualification
✅ Manage projects through all phases: oversee progress and manage datasets, budgets & reporting

Your Profile:
🎓 Degree in a technical or scientific field (or equivalent experience)
🧪 Proven expertise in immunoassays, proteins, peptides & antibodies
🤝 Strong communication & team-oriented mindset
🧠 Entrepreneurial, results-driven, and eager to learn
